21.1        Support-Web / my ETKA Info* 

The new ETKA “Support-Web” function is a brand-dependent communication function for sending and receiving messages and queries (Tickets) between dealers, distribution centres and producers. The function is only available if you have a functioning Internet connection.

The car data (including the car data determined using the FI function) that you search for is provided automatically when a ticket is sent. You receive answers to your specific questions about the original parts contents of ETKA and communicate with the relevant experts using this platform.

You can download your online invoices in PDF format using the ADMINISTRATION button, manage Licence information or enter or change your User Data if necessary in the “Account” menu. 

You can open your Support-Web by choosing ETKA FUNCTIONS → SERVICESUPPORT-WEB. 

or

●    Click on the SUPPORTWEB button when the program has started 

or 

●    Choose the key combination ALT+F2 in ETKA. 

The “Support Web Login” login window opens. 

●    Enter the login data provided by LexCom in the input fields the first time.

●    Click on OK to log in.

The “my ETKA info” page opens in Internet Explorer with the ticket section at support level.

>    Your access data is stored the first time you log in, and in future you only have to confirm your login by clicking the OK button.
