1. Measuring resistance between terminals

Detail

Set the starter key to the "LOCK" position and connect the signal check harness.
Disconnect the signal check harness connectors from the ECU and measure resistance between the terminals E52 and E72.

Detail

Connect the signal check harness connectors to the ECU.
After using HINO-DX to delete past malfunctions, start the engine.
Wait for a while after stable idling and then stop the engine.
Use HINO-DX to output diagnosis codes again.

3. Measuring resistance between sensor terminals

Disconnect the engine sub revolution sensor connector.
Measure resistance between the 1st and 2nd terminals of the engine main revolution sensor connector.

Standard value: Approximately 108.5-142.5 Ω (20ºC)
